Wow! Wish I were you! My dad's family was from Cork. Plan to get there to visit someday!
Happy St. Patrick's Day Marley!!
We always do something to celebrate as my Grandfather was Irish!
My DH enjoys the different meals as his side of the family is Ukranian. We do have a varied cuisine...I love to cook so we celebrate many other ethnic cuisines also and their holidays. I love to do a Chinese New Year and we enjoy Thai, German,Italian,Greek.....no wonder I can't lose weight!! lol :-)
Hugs, Nadyne
Be sure and go to the castle and kiss the Blarney Stone. The only thing special we're doing is having Corned Beef and Cabbage with all the trimmings. Company is coming too will have a blast and lots of green drinks...lol. BTW...you might want to check out the stores while you're there and do some great shopping...when last there spent a fortune and had it shipped home.
Back at ya, wish I were there with you! I'd love to see Ireland.
