I have picked up from an embroidery site 3 threats. My anti Virus protector isolated and healed them for me. So I have deleted them. So Glad I have the Virus Protector. I now have set it to automatically scan every day. Lyn

Thanks for this Lyn, last night I got a strange message that I had viruses on my laptop and then I realised the message was for me to click and I would have put them on my laptop. So I ran the virus scan which took an age. I have not had Norton for too long but realise I need to do a full scan more regularly than it does. My son in law will be here tomorrow so I will sort it out with him. He keeps my computer going...

Don't Like Nortons. My son had a virus go through even when he was using Nortons, but we all like something different. Lyn

Lyn, mine is also set up for a daily scan-plus I have made it a habit to always scan all downloads before I open them-just takes a second and I do it without even thinking anymore-like a said-habit ☺ ~linda~

I also am glad that mine runs in the background all the time so I feel pretty safe. So glad that one of the embroidery sites you had a threat on was not Cutes site as I am here everynight.

I have sometimes had a warning saying this particular site was blocked so mine is also checking all of the time. Thais is why it moved and healed these threats.

Lyn, I have mine set up for a daily scan, too - auto run is the way to go with all that we do with our PC's in a day. Great reminder - for others - that may not have thought about it, yet.
