I don't know if there is a problem with my computer or what, but is there a way to open these files?

Well, this is a new one on me. Never heard of Wings. I just Googled it and will see what I can find out. Interesting.

Welllll, I have the My Editor, just didn't associate that with Wings. Haven't really used it cause I love my Embird. Here's the link if anybody is interested. http://www.wingsxp.com/index.html

No I don't think it is a problem. If I understand it correctly .ngs is an extension for the embroidery program wings. The files needs to be converted into your machines format via this software, I would think, and as far as I understand there is a free version available. I use wings to see the files and how it is stitched out before I load it to my embroidery machine. I can also see in wings the sequence. I can also convert in it from one format to another via the program. If I only select save it always saves it to the extention .ngs. Hope this helped.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I would have never have connected the Wings program with the .ngs files. Thank
