I am just letting everybody knows that in the bookmarks is a site that has potential virus. The owner is a guy named Mohammed and has been banner from every forum and Yahoo group.... more inside

I think is good idea to bring this to the top because some friends have been experimenting some kind of problems with their computers

Please read this again.

I have downloaded many, many designs from Mohammed and have had no problem.

oh no!!!! I have been getting emails with designs in them for the last two years from him and the sites. Why has he been banned? what has he done? My hackker was from an e-marketing company. I joined his yahoo group as well. What should I do now.

According to the sewforum there is another Mohammed that is ok. Check on it I forgotten who but some had a link on one of the other questions/answers.

Yes, there is another Mohammed, at Sewforum they called him "the good Mohammed" and he owns Oriental Embroidery

OK, so now I understand. This morning My comp kept restarting... and guess where I was yesterday? I was able to save my pics and emb designs (which were last saved end of Feb as I save at least once a month just in case something like this happens. Thank you also for the list. I shall copy and paste now. You deserve many huge bouquets, but unfortunately I can only give you one flower...How about a Bird of Paradise? Bless you my dear.

Thanks Letvia. I commented on that at the bookmark. Way too many have gotten viruses, trojan horses, worms, etc. from his many, many sites. He keeps getting banned and still manages to pop in once in a while. *4U

Thank you so much letvia, I appreciate your thoughtfulness in telling us this. I have heard of him before, but didn't realise he was this bad. It's frightening to think there are people out there who would do this kind of thing, obviously a sick mind! I think we need to be very careful of which sites we post. Maybe only post sites if we've downloaded and tried their designs. Hugs and a flower for you sweetie, and let's keep our *Cute* site (and our computers) clean from viruses etc.

Hopefully the site manager can do something. However, anyone can use the site so doing something like that would be easy.
