Sorry, I guess you dont want to hear about our 80 degrees in Fl. But, we are fighting pollen if that helps.
We have had snow and wind the last few days and they even closed one of the highways going south. We had gone that highway on Sunday and were lucky to make it to my son's(only just over an hour away), but to come home that night the highway was cleared for a time.
I used to live in Thompson, Manitoba, Canada and one winter we got up and we could barely open our door because of the snow and my husband went next door and shoveled the snow away from their door so they could get out!
I think we had snow like that a few times while we lived there.
One good thing - you know it's going to melt!
A flower for you.
This reminds me why I moved from Sweden lol. 8 months of snow compared to the week we might have here in Arkansas..
Snow and ice are nice, but only in pictures or pitchers.. not outside my window!
Hope it gets warmer there too!
Here it's 74 degrees today but really windy.
You must have gotten the 50mph winds like we did, but it's still snowing so it's hard to tell how much it will end up being - by the shores of Gitchee Gumee
Snow lighten up a bit and then starts coming down heavy again. Winds have died down since last night, but they whip up once in a while for a few minutes now and again. Last night the winds where furious!
I am so sorry. My sister lives in Lakeview, Mn and she was so looking forward to Spring. You have to look on the bright side--no travel means more time for sewing or just trying to keep up with everyone on this site. I live in the Smoky Mountains and we have had 70-80 degree weather this week but we all know according to the good old Farmers Almanac that we will have snow or ice before the real warm weather comes for good. Here is a flower for you for your bouquet to tide you over until your real flowers pop through.
Uck. Give me Florida any time. Not that we haven't had snow at times, but nothing like that.
I do not envy you, as snow is only pretty on a postcard to me!! LOL These pics make me so glad I live in Georgia. We had a few snowflakes this winter, but the past week has been sunny and 70 to 80 degrees! Wishing for YOUR Spring to begin!!

Here's a few pictures, if you look closely in the picture in the middle, in the top left corner you will see the other feeder. The wind blew it that far, and it WAS full at the time, lol! Now the feed is scattered under the snow.
