O M G my designer 1 was doing the same thing. Put it in the shop last thursday and hope today is the day to get my baby back. Unlike you guys I just have the one, but I've been practicing on my long arm while my baby is in the shop.
Can't wait to see your sit and sew project - so sorry to hear that you left one of your SE's for repair - but better to do it - while you are there and can get it done - than if you were in the middle of a project and relly needed it. Keep on stitching.
I think it better to fix it before it dies on me - plus it probably could use a good cleaning. LOL It was upsetting me because it was not telling me that my bobbin was empty - and you know what that can do if you are doing FSL?
Sounds like fun until you left without your machine. I love my Babylock, all 4 of them.
Ok - I am with Shirlene? $ of them????? Well, I do have 3 Viking machines, but my first one doesn't count - it sits in a cupboard completely ignored. LOL It is the Viking Iris - I only had it about 3 months, and was never able to sell it, but it is good machine - it just has small hoop and used the "card".
Well enjoy your semi rest! LOL Please post your quilt squares as I would love to see them!
Is your machine a Viking SE?
Dawn
Yes - I have two of them, and am wanting up get one with a larger hoop, but found out that the SE's sure are not worth a lot right now - at least toward a diamond. I may go with the babylock
