Congratulations,
Pillow is fabulous, your DIL has some wonderful idea, you should be very proud of her!
Nancy, you already know how much a like the work of you DIL - I also posted her pillow link on my FB and had lots of responses on it, as well. Glad to see that you are so proud of her and she must be of you, as well.
Thank you Shirlene. I'm glad to hear you got lots of responses on her pillow link. It's so beautiful!
just beautiful. I too love that you love your DIL and are proud of her. My MIL has always been difficult and I am determined not to repeat the process!
DIL's are given to us by God to love. My DIL isn't crafty but she's a wonderful wife and mother. Look to Him and He will show us the beauty of the person, I believe.
Thank you, Marie. Linda, my DIL, is also a great wife and mother. I thank God that he brought her into our lives.
What an awesome site, pillow, and chalkboard ideas! She must be very creative and I can see why you are so proud!
also love the pillow-my sister would love it-I'll have to do one for her since I'm afraid my dogs would use it for a chew toy. very talented DIL
That flower pillow is amazing. Your DIL is very talented and a lucky girl that her MIL wants to sing her praises.
What a gorgeous and taleted DIL you have. And she has a geat MIL. Thanks for sharing.
How Neat! What is more nice than even the pillow is your relationship. I'm having quite a time building a relationship with my DIL. She doesn't like her mom at all, and I think she's putting all her issues with her mom on me. I just keep trying and treating her nice. So, great for you for having a good relationship. I'll check out her store and her blog! Thanks for sharing. God Bless you both! Jan
I love your avatar!
Wow, I went to her site! She is very talented! That is definitely sewing related! Thanks for sharing the project with us. WOW!
Thanks, Jan! I'll tell her how much you enjoyed her blog! God bless you, too.
Congratulations! Beautiful site, Nancy!
Thanks, Jacqui! Her site always has beautiful things to look at. I love her sense of style.
Nice to see a MIL who wants to sing her DIL praises..I love my DIL, and I LOVED My MIL.....but too often you see antimosity between MIL and DIL...
Yours looks like a very talented young lady, congrats to her,,,,,,,and you!
I really know what you mean, and I'd love to have a good relationship with mine. I don't think she likes home made gifts either. I keep making things for her, nice things I believe, and I never get ANY feedback. Not even on the beautiful quilt I made for the baby. I just wish I knew what to do wot win her over. I don't know what I've done.
Thank you, Sewdoctor. I loved my MIL very much, too. I guess I learned from her how to be a good MIL. But I know many women who do not care for their DIL and vice versa. It is very sad, and makes for a sad life.
OH! I have seen that before, that is so clever. Tell her "well done".
Alice.
