Here's my purchase.
Oh the ruban were gorgeous. I have found a ruban like a ruller which I will use to make a height gauge. I bought a book, Stitch in love, from the stole from Dandelion and the author signed the book for me. I love their color, red and cream (look at their website)
Some opening for purse. I couldn't find any here.
If you clik on the photos you should see them bigger.
I didn't see any stole for embroidery threads selling threads. But they had some sewing workshop and they also sponsored some talented student, have a look at Sarah Charmain's, it is beautiful.
My 4th link is for the beautiful cute logo that Ricky made for us and I proundly wore yesterday.
Thank you for all you lovely messages.
Love Cathie
My daughter called me from there(I am in South Africa). She specially went there for me to check out everything and was hoping that a bug will bite her and it seems the QUILTING BUG done the job. She send me photos as well and with the link for the quilt exibition in Aug. AND I would like to go there in November. Where to do you stay Cathie?
I am not on the photo but I saw that blue house, on the left side of the picture, made of wool. It was like a tunnel under the see and the walls inside were covered of fishes and all sort of sea creature made in wool. And outside it was the beach, amazing.
For november, Marthie I don't know if I will go to the next ehibition even so it was great, I'll keep you inform. !!

Caie I hope you had a good time. The last time I went it was a Friday and I went to another exhibition for work then had the fun of the Sewing for Pleasure exhibition as I walked through the NEC to get my train. When I have been on a Saturday I have found it very crowded and as I got there at opening time I left early - I was then tired after a 5.30 am train start. I expect you have spent a fortune and have sore feet BUT it will have been fun. Look forward to hearing about it
I did spend more than I thought but it was beautiful. I had sore feet yesterday evening and this morning my back hursts.
But I really enjoyed it.
I bought a lot of ruban.
I hope you have lots of fun and meet up with some other cuties. Hugs, Mary
Cathie, good luck - I hope you meet up with another CUTE family member or you have lots of other's that ask you about it and they come here to be our newest members. Have fun.
Have a great time. You might meet more than 1 cutie and I hope you do.
Lucky you. I go to the NEC every August for the quilt show. It is the bigest show in Europe with about 1500 quilts. It's on for four days. I go for two days and also spend time with my friend in Leicester.
I went last year as I was sorting my late mothers house out nearby. It was excellent and I was quite surprised by the amount of Dutch people who had flown in specially.
People come from all over Europe to the show. Most have lovely fabric bags to put all the bits that they buy in and its easy to spot show people when they go shopping in towns nearby.
Cathie, I hope you have a wonderful time there and if there are any other Cuties who do go - well they won't be able to miss you with that big badge.
Love and blessings Chris
Do I look like a Cutie ??!!

Big hugs from London
