up with friends that I have known since 1956. We all look older and weigh just that little bit heavier, but I suppose, "That is Life".

Lyn, it doesn't surprise me that your friend was showing off her lovely gifts from you - they were special - glad you had a night out with all the friends after all these years - it does a body good to have them in our life, still. And none of you would want to be young and thin again - you have learned so much and don't need that to make you feel good. Keep on stitching.

Thank You Lillian. We don't catch up as often as we should since we have spread our wings. That is why it was such a great evening. Only one of the old gang was missing other than my late DH but I have sent her photos this morning. L

Met a guy who is doing digitising. I could be wrong but suspect he is not doing very well. Told him to check out the Cute Group. He is a little worried there are too many Ladies. L

I am glad that you not only had a great time with tried and true friends but they liked your work. We know how much work and time it takes to make our gifts so it is nice to know other people appreciate out efforts.

Since losing John I no longer enjoy parties, but as I knew all the OLD gang I was comfortable. Really enjoyed this party. Funny how we all put on weight and go gray. L
