I love your finish of this pillow. I am going to use this very idea. I am always looking for ideas to finish my cushions and pillows. This is very neat, thank you. hugs. Helen
Great job! You are a wonderful friend to do something so special for your friend. I'll bet she will treasure your friendship forever.
My friend's one remaining kitty stares at this pillow! Maybe he is remembering his brother, or maybe he is thinking - Now what in the world is that? I want to make one of him too, but before he dies. He's a Morris kitty, a yellow Tom tabby.

Great project. I hate piping too. Sweet of you to surprise your friend with something to remind her of her furbaby :)
What a lovely thing you did for your friend. You are a good person. Nice work on the cushion, as well. I don't use piping, either!
Jan, this is a lovely pillow and I can see why your friend loved her surprise.

What a clever idea. Great job!!
Actually, it wasn't my idea. I saw it on a website once, didn't bookmark it and then I couldn't find it after searching for hours, when it came time to sew it! The one I saw was done with pastels and was just lovely and light and airy - kind of wispy. Thanks, Ramona
Well, at least your memory is better than mine and you turned out a really cute pillow. Thanks for sharing.
