it took about 12 months, but I did not work on it all the time as I had a couple of other quilts on the go.

this version of the quilt is just as good as jenny haskin as I have her books and some designs and know her work

Loretta, forgot to tell you that Jenny Haskin lives in Australia but I am sure that she does workshops in USA she also has her own magazine Creative Expressions and the Beyond Color Purple quilt was featured in issue 1
