I cannot delete them and they cause problems during a back up. I formatted my whole laptop to be able to get rid of those things (about 15), but I already have 2 of them again. Any idea?

Yes I had that happen to me.The folder would show up but it did not exist so I could not get rid of it no matter what I tried. Finally I had to call them and a tech took contol of the computer and finally got rid of the thing. You might want to try calling them or try the tech from your windows. Who ever does not charge you by the hour. They can help get rid of it too. Hope that helps. Suzanne
