Very nice job, looks great. Thank you for sharing.
Tip-next time you might want to try placing it face down on a towel, then iron it. Happy Stitching :~)
Oh Meg it is beautiful!!! You did a wonderful job, Cutwork is so time consuming but so worth it in the end! I love it! ~hugs~
This may be an old post but I love it, never tried cutwork, but was wondering where we might get the design, was it offered in DBC ?? Very Lovely-Toogie
I love it Meg. I think cutwork is beautiful & dainty & vintagel. I love anything like this. You have done a beautiful job./Lillian
Well....You did a great job with this, as usual! It is very pretty! I just wish I had a tenth of your talent!
thank you all so very much for your lovely comments, makes my head spin and my heart feels all warm and fuzzy. I wish I had enough time to thank you all separately but, I've bitten off more than I can chew (again) so must limit my online time for a while. Hugs and roses to each and every one, Meganne
Very pretty-love the color Meg-now I think I want to give cutwork a try-I really like this~linda~
BEAUTIFUL ! I love it.. I have been wanting to try this type of design. Will have to build my courage up and go for it!
Jo
This is fantastic!! You do such beautiful work. Thanks for sharing and inspiring me.
Wow Meganne I love the colours.. im very into coffee and cream colours and the moment lol..
I tried a cutwork design recently and got so frustrated trying to remove the cut out parts I used a solder iron as well lol..

You make really beautiful job of digitizing all those different works. Perhaps you love some more digitize than embroider???
You are excellent in both
Hugs Claude
Meganne, what a great job. It is lovely. Thanks for sharing. *4u Hugs Yvonne
What a delightful cutwork design you've done,Meganne. Perhaps could put it in a sunny window or use an embossing gun to dry the project. Thanks for sharing your work & hope you'll continue more digitizing.:~D
very elegant looking, it really is a beautiful piece, Meganne, guess we will see more ???????hugs
Helen
you've done a really wonderful job on this. It looks great. but I have to disagree with you... You DO have patience. Anyone who can sit still long enough to cut out each one of those tiny little pieces, with such precision must have a lot of patience. Such a cute design, and I like the color combo as well. thanks for showing us your work.
Sure is beautiful! I envy all who know how to digitize and this cutwork must be very hard to do too! Thanks for letting us peek in, keep up the great work & Flowers for you!..Trudy
Meg, this looks fantastic. I love the elegant look of this sort of work. I love the simplicity of the pattern and you've done a great job in digitising it.
I can just see it on your lovely desk in the back room. Love Chris
Great job! I'd never guess this is your first attempt at cutwork (digitizing and/or embroidering) Wow, Meganne, you're amazing! *4all
Great job Meg, just remember you can use your hair drying for drying work like this - might not be as fast as an iron - but it doesn't flatten the stitching.
Great idea Shirlene but not advisable at 3:00 AM when everyone else is sleeping and I should have been. LOL!!!!
That is so pretty. Man all the color options. Thanks for sharing.
Another great result - don't you just love playing with Embird.
Aaaa yes, but I did this using Xpressive, which I have been learning to use.
I'm going back further, learning to manual punch as it gives much more control over the work. I have been doing online seminars with Bernadette Griffith, who is a Master Educator for Janome. She is also the moderator for our Elna Yahoo Group, so it's a fun catch up time for all us gals, as well as learning the finer points of Xpressive. It seemed such a waste having such a powerful (& expensive) program and not using it, now that I am I am amazed at how easy it really is, I just needed someone to show me because the instruction manual is written in pig Latin or double Dutch, or something equally unfathomable. LOLOLOL!!!!
I would like to do one seminars for learning to use embird,it is true a program like this and not using it.You has done a very good work.Hugs 4U
Beautiful. These would make great accents for a wedding reception. Could use on the table to add a flair of color! Keep up the great work.
Wow what a beautiful job you have done Meg. The next wash will probably lift the stitching...hugs *4U x0x0x0
I too love cutwork, yours look so good I don't digitize so I muct fine one that suits what I making. I hope you post it for us. jenne
