Very nice! I read how you made this, boy I have not made a poncho since the early seventies

These are so cute and simple, found the idea in one of my old needlebasket(?) books-many moons ago-I have actually done this style and also where you have the points in the front, back and "sleeves"-kind of like the way poncho's were made back when I was in Jr.High School.I had a customer that had me do alot of these with different deeper opening in the front too-she was a bigger women and she liked the non-fitted loose feel and look.
I like you embroidery on it Jenne ~linda
Very pretty. I once made a long house dress that way. It is very comfortable. Rachel
I love this type of blouse-where can I find the pattern?Pretty please?TU
Very nice - can you explain - how it is made - it looks so airy.
I will try: I'm small so I bye enough fabric to make a square then 44x44 I trim off the selvedge and do a roll hem on all four sides, use a light weight fabric so the roll hem will look nice then turn your fabric so the straight of grain run up and down if you need a biger size use 58 or 60 width (you still need a square) I cut a hole in the center if you want a higher neck line you can make a slit in the back these to must also be done with the roll hem, try it on your body mark where you would put a seam on the side about 8" long and on both sides if you have a long back waist then it would be longer, stop and backtack (looks like you are stoping in the middle of you garment). Leave room for you arms to go through. when the fabric fall over you shoulder it creates the point of the sleeves on both front and back, Have fun wearing It: It is so nice to wear you can dress it up or down according to what you wear with it. jenne I hope this make senses
