When there are a lot of replies only the last 3 are shown, but you can see all of them when you press the arrow in the line:

I tried to copy it but the arrow does not show here, it's between 'comment' and 'show'

Thank you, mops, I had never seen this arrow before, it is a good thing to know. it is only for the reply in projects, in community threr can be many replies shown.
