Haven't had the problem until last night. Can't track the folder, and don't have the design number with the unzipped file.

If they are zipped files, have you checked the unzipped folder? They may have ended up there.

If you are using Windows XP do the following. In your browser click on Tools, then the General tab. In the block you should see the download options. Uncheck the block to save to the download folder. Then check the block to ask where to save download files. That should fix it for you.

Look in "Download" thats where most of them go. If you know the file name type it in Search. If I am looking for a file and I see it on another site and I know I have it. I will search the number and there it will pop up. But then I also have downloaded the same design and put them in different files.

Go through My Documents. Download the same file a second time and observe and be ready to click on the download. You did NOT mention what system you are using. (XP, IE7, Google, etc.) Try downloading a free file and watch what happens.

Some systems automatically save downloads to the Download folder. Look there. Hope this helps.

They've always gone to the downloads file, and single designs go there. But zipped files end up heaven knows where. I'm using Windows 7
