got all the info from embird.new password iconizer etc. but i made a big boo boo, i forgot to delete the old embird before i did the new one.so the new password went on the old embird. now i can not download the new embird cause it says it belongs to 2004 embird and that if i want the new embird i have to pay again. i also noticed that the computer ID is different on the new embird. i hope i explained it well. i just want my new embird. i did delete the old embird on everything i had but it did not help. it still says that the registration or password belongs to embird 2004 istead of embird 2010. i emailed embird about eigth times for help but am told to use the help on embird. i am sorry but i do not understand their help. so if anybody out there in this wide wicked world knows what to do PLEEEEEASEEE HEEEEELP MEEEE. if nothing works i have a biiig hammer sitting nex to my computer and my sewing machine just waiting for me to use it. so thank you all for your help. stella

looking on secretsof.com I can see that you can purchase the upgrade from 2004 to 2010 for $43
so I am presuming you have done this.
If you have your new passwords for embird 2010,
when you download the 2010 trial version it should overight the previous version, then install the correct new passwords you have received from Embird.
do you still have a copy of your 2004 passwords..
perhaps check to insure they are different.
I have windows 7 32 bit.. and I found it much smoother to download the full larger 2010 file.
I had problems with the individual files but since downloading the full larger file mine has run smoothly
