I use Safari on my MAC and Firefox as my backup but on my PC it is the other way around. I don't like Safari for PC nor Firefox for MAC - its weird.... can't explain it.
I use Firefox and my backup browser is Opera :) (IE is installed - with my XP - but I'd rather pull teeth than use it lol). Sometimes I use Ubuntu instead of XP and Firefox is my browser for Ubuntu as well. xXx
I work for an Internet provider and lots of people use Mozilla Firefox and lots use Internet Explorer. I believe you should keep 2 browsers on your computer in case one goes down. I have seen that happen many times, their browser quits working and then they can't download anything to fix it or another browser to use. Keep two.
Thankyou for this information. This is why I quickly changed to the one I knew as I didn't want to have nothing tomorrow. I will go and load Mozilla Firefox as well. Lyn
I always use Internet Explorer, but haven't experienced any problems with it. Yes, "Lest we forget". I have just returned from a service, at the Repatriation Hospital. Crowds were down this year, but guess that is due to the extended Easter break.
I have heard that crowds are down, but they are also saying that a numbers are up at the smaller towns. I will get to meet you one day. Lyn
I use Mozilla Firefox and I love it !!! IE kept crashing. I have had Firefox for over a year now.
A friend of mine also uses Mozilla Firefox but I hate the thought of changing everything again. I don't know enough about Computers if I have a problem changing. Thank You! Lyn
You really don't need to change anything to use Firefox. I have both and use each for different sites. Some display better in one than the other. You can import any bookmarks etc. from one to the other so they both have all your favorites.
