So sorry Chris, but I think if you had come all that way you would have been disappointed as it was only very small, interesting, but very small. If you look for my post below you will find a link to the QuiltShowBlog.

We are planning on getting together again with Monica, for a charity workshop that she goes to with her group, and I can see her post below says this is to be 23rd June.
By then I SHOULD be living at Possum Lodge so we could drive down together that day if you are free, it's a Thursday and I am so looking forward to it.
Hugs and love, Meg

All right, rub it in! hahahahahaha!!!

I had my phone with me but was so totally wrapped up in our meeting I forgot all about pictures. DOH!!!

Did I tell you I got out of having to shovel 3 cubic metres of wood chip onto the gardens at MIL's house????

Kidding I didn't get stirred about that when I got home, LATE. And of course I was sooooooo disappointed I missed out on doing it. hehehehe.

I'm really looking forward to that charity craft day, I have marked it in my calendar. Polly is busy this weeked so she will catch up with all this if she gets time tonight.

Well, trust me to be the late one to write. LOL!!!
I had a thoroughly marvellous day.
It was wonderful to meet you Monica, but of course we all forgot to take some photo's. DOH!!! And I'm still thinking of that bread pudding with maple syrup! Trying to be good is so hard at times. LOL!

The quilt show was great, very inspiring for this non-quilter and I did buy a gorgeous lace covered dressmakers model, about 15" tall, to add to my sewing room decor. Also bought a 120" tape measure to glue to my cutting table.

And I AM going to tell you all what Polly did!!!

I bought Polly a "Third hand" which she quite casually, or should I say, carelessly, put down on the stall table, in her rush to beat me to grabbing some beautiful Pansy material..... NO, she didn't even realise she had done it and she went rushing off to another stall to buy some complementary material to go with the pansy material, leaving her gift behind on the table.
It was sheer luck that I saw the squished up plastic bag and realised what had happened. So I put it in my bag and didn't tell her until we got home.

I was going to wait until she had got to her place and realised that she didn't have it, she wouldn't know how to tell me she had lost it!!!!
I had all intentions of making her suffer! hehehehehehehe!!!!
But I couldn't be that mean, so I told her. :-)))

After Polly left, I went running all over the neighbourhood doing some odd chores and then rushed home to cook a late dinner and have only just got to sit at my pc.

I love busy days like this except that the time goes so quickly.

Well,I might just have enough time to do some digitising before bed so cheerio to all.
