A simple pin cushion made out of 6 five inch squares. Then I couched the square with a button on each side.

How did you get your button to pull down in the middle? I have enough trouble with the Biscornus that I make. At least all of your pins should be together. Lyn

I used a double strand of hand-quilting thread and just went in one side and out the other pulling it as tight as I wanted. I went back and forth 3 or 4 times adding a button on each side.

You either have very big pins or really use a lot of them-just joking, hehehe.

The real joke is I probably won't even use it for pins. I have a couple other favorite pin cushions I use all the time. I just wanted to make something quick and easy. I have a need to stay busy.

It's really not all that big. It's about a 4 inch cube when finished.
