Flowers for Everyone!
I am trying to get there too, but it is uphill all the way.
Thanks for the encouragement from all the Happy Tidy Friends, here.

Wow, I am really impressed. It takes a lot of self control to give up good stash! But, you probably won't miss it. Now you know exactly what you have and better yet - where it is! It must be a great feeling and just think how someone is going to be telling her friends what a great bargain she found on some terrific fabrics!
I know who ever gets some of the material will be very happy as I used to work at a fabric store and the quaily is good.
Corrine, good for you - I am sure you will make others very happy - when the fabric and other items are available for them to use.
I am so happy for you and wish I had the energy to do mine again!!! I can hardly find the machines, because of repais that need done and are piled on my sewing tables! Maybe you can come help me??? Hahaha! Hugs, Judy
Maybe I should hire my self out for just that purpose and then we could all do a fat quarter swap! Nice way to recycle your stash. :)
Way to go!!! So went are you coming to my house???
I just got back from B.C. not long ago and my sister took me straight to her sewing room and said "Help me please" with a big smile. Sew what could I do. She made dinner and looked over her mags. as I found things in her space she had forgotten about like 7 pairs of scissors! hehehe it's all good now. She loves her room again :)
GOOD for you....it is always hard to get rid of stuff from fabric to notions to thread and the like, but it does the soul good to do this....I have been giving some of my older fabrics away so our guild can make charity quilts.....good for me too....
Good for you you might get some more girls to do the same thanks!!carolyn
Good for you-sometimes it just feels good to clean and organize!
