Well done Anna, in oz we have vinnies & the salvo's where I get secondhand padded matress protectors, good soak in nappy san then washed they make great wading for cot quilts

yeah prices are high in Germany too and I do try to take advantage of sales and special offers, was my first time at second hand shop-even hubby wants to go again now much to my surprise! I'm myself unemployed so we have to stretch hubby's salary but as long as we love each other...... flowers for you

this morning hubby ageed to go shopping and after a lot of nagging from me we finally went to second hand shop :-) well most clothes were in all sizes except mine, seems its the fastest sold out but anyway just as hubby was about to start grumbling I suggested the men's section and guess what? loooooooovely ties :) :) I find hubby really irresistable with a shirt and tie so he thought he better get some lol. In the end hubby made best bargain.... Armani and Hugo Boss ties for a couple of euros!!! he didn't grumble and I was green with envy!!

I have found HUGE designer clothing/handbags etc. at thrift stores/second hand stores for a fraction of their original department store cost... AND, they still have the manufacturer's tags attached. Sorry, but I don't have a lot of money to buy clothes and never wear them... :-) Glad you found some irresistable finds! Good job Anna... A+
