Thanks for sharing. Poignant funny! When I sit at my embroidery machine, I look down and see my mother's hands. Scary sometimes!
How sweet!! I remember the day I looked down and saw my mother's hand attached to MY arm!!! ha But, being like my mother is a good thing she was a loving and caring person. Hope you and your sister find each other one day and have a beautiful relationship after that!! Great work. *4U
hope you get back the contact with your sister, the embroidery is a true saying, *4u
Hope this gets to your sister Loretta, I have not seen mine for 14 years although I do speak to her now & then
Great design. Don't we all after a time find a bit of our mothers in ourselves.
Love the saying! I think it applies to the majority of us. Thanks for sharing! Hope Your sister comes soon.
Loretta, I love the saying and I see my Mother when I look in the mirror, too. I will be praying for you and hope that you sister comes to her senses or that the two of you find each other soon. *4U
I'm finding that I too am like my mother in lots of ways. Send out the St. Bernard's and track down that sister of yours. It is a really cute design and you never know, she may just see it here!;)
Oh, Loretta, how cute!!! I do hope you can track down your sis to give it to her. Can one "Google" a sister? Might be worth a try. I can really really relate to the saying, hee hee hee. Love, Marji
Oh no, I love it Loretta. I hope and pray that you can find your sis to give this to and all will be well. Blessings and flowers
Yes mother does seem to come out now & again. As dear hubby says don't do that it's just like your mother.haha But thats the bad things there is good things too. Hope you see your sister soon.Hugs & a *4uDebbie
Loretta, this is priceless. We hope that you can get back with your sister, and enjoy that bond again. Loving stitches to you.
Oh Loretta, I do pray your sister comes back and you're able to have a sisterly relationship again. I think she will adore this project... very, very nice. xoxo
I think we can all relate to this loretta, even though I don't look like my Mum, I can still see her in me, kind of disconcerting and comforting at the same time I guess! And I so hope that one day you open your door and find your sister standing there, it would be lovely for the two of you to meet again. Hugs and a flower for you sweetie.
indeed very true loretta, I also find myself doing things just as mom does them and especially saying things she always says (and I always thought I'd never say lol.... is this a sign I'm getting old already??) here's a nice spring bunch of flowers for you
Oh how true that is Loretta! As I get older I can see so many things that I do are the same as my mother. +1 4U.
