Congrats on your new machine. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We'll be waiting to see what you come up with now.
Linda
I have to admit that I'm jealous. A friend of mine has it and she loves it. Maybe some day... :o)
Greetings, Bettina
Congratulations on your new machine. Will you keep the other for a backup. I hope you get so many orders you have then both running at once. Enjoy and we look forward to new designs and projects from you.
Bev
Thanks Bev, I will keep the other and I really hope that I can have them both running all the time. That would be awesome.
Congrats on your new machine! I'm sure you're going to love it. I have a 15 needle, and there is so much more you can do with the bigger machine. I never used a single needle embroidery machine, and always wonder what I would do if something happened to this one.
I have a janome single needle machine that seriously nearly made me give up on embroidery all together, it was when I go the pr620 that I got really passionate.
Congratulations & happy stitching. The price of any professional machine is beyond me. It takes dicipline to run this as a job!
I would slack off no end juct to check out the new stuff on the internet!
Hugs
Elizabeth
Elizabeth, I slack off all the time, but I need to pick up my game now. I have been in a uniquely fortunate position until now, but it is coming to an end.
Congrats on your new family member. Hopefully, this means less stress, more completed projects in faster time for you.
Karen, I hope this family member causes me less drama than my other family members. but it is a brother, which in my experience are much nicer than sons. Will post an update in personal when I can get my head around it.
Alice, I have been pondering getting a commercial machine, checking out the pros and cons of several brands, and I keep coming back to drool over the PR1000. I suppose it is because I have been using a Brother machine and love how user friendly it is. After you have used it awhile, I would love an update of your opinion of it! Enjoy, and congratulations!
Angel
Angel, I have been using a pr620 for more than 2 years. when I decided I wanted another machine the pr1000 was the obvious choice. I have a janome single needle which just frustrated me no end. I love my brother pr620 and I know I will love the pr1000. But I will keep you updated, if you want to be sure to know what I am up to the best place to find out is here.

new friend..

Big hugs from London

I fell in love with my pr620, so easy to use, but sometimes I just need an extra couple of thread changes, and I guess you get a bit lazy when you have a multi needle, because I digitize all of my own designs I found I was trying to keep under 6 colours. Well look out all you guys that like my designs because there will be more colour changes coming (joking, well sort of) I am determined to do great things with this machine.
Congratulations, if you are haveing both PR machines side by side they will take up a lot of room. Happy sewing with your new baby
Yes it will, but I have my studio in a double car garage, I will post a photo of the whole studio when it is back together properly.
Alice, what a lucky lady you are - the picture of your machine is amazing - how do you ever move that into or around in your house or take it in for service?
Shirlene, my pr620 went for a service the day I picked up the new machine, I put it off until I had the new machine, but it is not too difficult, they will both fit in the back of my SUV and if Rick helps me to put them in the car the guys at the shop get it out. I also bought two amazing cabinets to put them on they are on lockable wheels so if I decide to rearrange the studio I just need to unlock the wheels and roll them around, I will post a full photo of the studio when I pick the other machine up from it's service.
Alice.
Hope you have lots of fun and produce many lovely embroideries.
Congratulations!
From Bev
Thanks Bev, I have been thinking I will have to pick up my game, no excuse now that I have two multi needles, I can get some really nice stuff done for myself instead of just for customers.
Alice.
Wow Alice! I'm so excited for you! Well done!
This kind of machine is still in my dreams :)
Enjoy the new "baby".
Love and hugs, Yoriko
Yoriko, you are very welcome to come and have a play with it, you are not that far away.
hugs, Alice
Here is the photo.
Oh this is great news. Enjoy the machine. I also see you are heading for 10 000 flowers. Here's another one
Wow that looks good, how many needles has it got?.I bet its not going to take an hour to sew out a design on that?.
It has 10 needles. my other machine is a pr620 (it is in for a service) it has 6 needles, so the extra needles will be great.
I can't wait to really put it through its paces, It has so many features it will take me a while to get the hang of it. At least I can do the basics straight away because it is not to different from the pr620.
Carolyn it is a combination of very blessed and years of hard work, fortunately no debt for this beauty.
Congratulations! I am not familiar with the kind of machine you got but any machine that embroideries is AWESOME! Happy sewing and embroidering.
