Hi Cuties somtime ago I got a mbrship and bot the v-tine font. I thought I had a good back up it turns out I didnt. now I have a new grandson and need the font agan. can i still dL or do I by agn

This is what my personal page looks like. I can get to my orders that I paid for BEFORE I became a paying member by going through my Download Center or going to Order History and looking at the Details of my order.
This is not new. But remember I paid for some designs before I became a paying member.
When I do my downloads as a paying member I download directly AND I send it to my email. Then in my email I have a folder for emails with designs in them. This is just an extra back up for me.
I hope this explains it better.

The personal page is the page you go to at "My Account" next to your avatar on the top left of the page.

Thanks for the view of yours. I can now see the difference. Mine has My Profile, Membership and My projects. As I looked through my past postings I had a lot of trouble w/DL's and I have nothing in my history. I think that is why I gave up on the membership. Unless of course it renews automatically and I have been unaware of it.

62461Try going to your account. "My account" is near your picture/avatar near the top left of this page.
Then click Download Center.
You should see download buttons for your previous orders.

This will work for items that you paid before you were a paying member. But not items that you downloaded "free" while you were a paying member.

I just tried this and I didn't see the links that you are talking about. Is that because I have a paid membership and it doesn't show???? OR is this a new feature. I quess it appears only for those that have ordered items and not a paid member
