The 'sticky boys professions' was a set of 10 designs, free some time ago, by clipartopolis. So there are not enough figures to match 26 letters. Astronaut would be nice with A, but goes with J and T. I think they are not meant to match.
I haven't stitched any of these out yet but it appears that the letter is sewn first so you could add the stick figure from another letter if you wanted to. The figure really doesn't correspond with the letter.
Personally, I think there was a plain alphabet, and these 10 stick figures, and they were just put together to make a set. If they were meant to go with a letter, there would be 26 of them. ???
And to find you question-and any answers to it- just click on "my questions" at the top of the page under the tabs, it will bring them all to one page for you.

I found the the My questions" today, but honestly for the last few days I couldn't find it, LOL! Thanks
If you check out the entire alpha you will note there are only 10 stick figures, so they will not necessarily match the letters since each figure will have to be used more than once to complete the alpha and the numbers that are listed in the set.
I am not sure, but I have been wondering if the person who created the graphics, spoke another language. I know that the words don't always translate and start with the same vowel.
For example the word nurse... and I had to look some of these...
Nurse
German Krankenschwester
French infirmière
Portuguese enfermeira
Supposedly, they all mean nurse but start with a different letter.
tha's what I was thinking too, any way it is pretty, and we can add any letter we want to to stick figures...****
