Does anyone know the person who owns the stitchery-mall? I have sent two emails and called twice and can't reach anyone. I purchased a design and It won't show up to download.

I have the same problrm. I received a notice in the groups that the computer was down and they were trying frantically to get it up and running properly.

Maybe you can email the designer on their own website????
