My AV does scans as I am on the internet and then a full scan weekly. I backup my designs no less than monthly.

Thanks for your reply.Please backup even more often than that.

My anti virus is set up to do daily automatic runs and I back up every day automatically. I also run an immage of my computer every week. it is important to do this so you don't lose allyour hard work and designs. Suzanne

Good for you. I wish we all did this.

My antivirus runs every day, but my backups are supposed to be weekly but I'm not so good keeping those up-to-date

Thanks, but you should do the updates, to protect yourself better.

My antivirus runs twice a day and I backup my designs every fortnight.

Thanks Mine is taking 3 hours to scan... It would take me too long to do so twice a day.

I have mine set up to run weekly. I am really beind on backing up my files so just have to hope for the best. But my really favorite designs I make backup disks for as soon as I get them.
