If you have any plug-ins you may have to re-enter your activation codes for them as well. On the manager screen go to Help>Installed Plug-ins and enter your codes.
I see you have your answer. I hope it solved your problem. I saved my password on an USB-stick (as well as written down in a notebook) so I don't have to type it in again if something goes wrong.
You have a password, but if you do not know how to, contact Embird site, they are very nice, I had the same problem sometime ago, and they help me in the process to get the password.
When I had to reload my embird program I just put in my old password that I wsa given when I purchased the program. Which I kept in a notebook. Hope this helps.
Thank you, I'll try that, I have my PW also in a notebook, didn't think about that possibility
When you bought Embird you should have been given a "key code" by e-mail that is needed to active your paid version of the software. Embird also reminds you to backup your passwords every 30 days or so - were you able to do that and was that file "safe"? If so you can recover your information from that file. There are instructions on the embird FAQ page of their website of how to put in your information so it shows you as registered again.
