for taking up so much of my time. But I really enjoyed talking to her. I know that because we embroiderers are mostly middle aged or older it is really hard for some older people to pick up computer skills. I was so pleased that she phoned me and I could help her.

It was good that you were able to help her. Most people have a bit of trouble when first getting into machine embroidery. There is big learning curve and can be a bit over whelming. We all were beginners at one time!

We all have to learn for the first time sometime! Lucky she had you to help her!

She will certainly remember your kindness and helpfulness. Don't be suprised if you get another phone call from her to thank you for your help once she masters everything to told her.

This lady will remember you and may become one of your best customers. She will tell her friends who also embroider what great service she got. I also thank you Alice for the great customer service I myself have received from you

Mechille, you will figure this site out and there are so many cuties here that will help you, you will be astounded at the answers you get when you ask a question. The flowers are just a cute way to say thanks when someone asks a question or answers it. You just click on the flower next to someone's comment and it adds a flower to their garden.
