Hi does anyone know how quickly you can expect a response from the team here ? I have bought a subscription but because my paypal has a different email address I am unable to d/l the files thanks

When you contact them through the link mentioned you get an acknowledgement almost straight away and a response within a day - they are as good as they say. So try it. Good luck and welcome to the club. Flower for you.
