I learned the SEW format is not available on all the designs. Designs are too big and cannot download them. I open SEW format with WINZIP,and could resize PES format if I can download design HELP

I mentioned earlier I use BuzzXplore (had to purchase) and also Wilcom Truesizer to which is free. You can open up any design in wilcom truesizer and adjust the size then save as any other type of format. Enjoy. Oh, also you can flip, rotate... *4U

Are you referencing the 4x4 hoop as the largest that you can download? A lot of the folks on here use WilcomTrusizer (it is a free program) to downsize the designs. I don't personally use it as my software will take of that for me, but someone will be along shortly, that can bring you up to date and will be happy to help you. As far as the SEW format, just list the designs that you want in the "Contact Us" section and tell Ms Veronika what the problem is and I am sure that it will be resolved promptly.
