I had trouble with a download when upgrading for my Pfaff. I have windows 7, so naturally clicked that box during download and it would not work!! After talking to the "phaff lady", I discovered that my Windows 7 is a 32bit [not 64bit] and subsequently I had to click the XP download box. Then it worked!!

I know you can get Digitizer Pro to work on Windows 7, because my friend Deb and I both have it. I run it on XP, but she got a new laptop with Windows 7 on it, and she does run the program. She knows about computers, though, and me, not so much. I'm thinking maybe she runs it in an XP analog? I'm going to be talking to her, I'll tell her I saw this question and hopefully she'll be able to log on and give you some answer. Best of luck, Marji

Definitely contact Janome or your dealer. I belong to a digitizing group in which many members have upgraded to Windows 7 and were able to get their Digitizer Pro software to work. They did not have to buy new software. Some have had trouble with Windows 7 but did get help and are able to use their software. Don't give up-you can do it!

I hope you get this sorted out with the assistance of the Help Desk without extra cost. I not so long ago needed to upgrade to Pro/MB version so I could use a USB connection instead of the antiquated ones we used to have.

contact Janome headquarters in your state or country with your problem- I had awful trouble with compatability Vista vs Janome software but was able to sort it out by contacting Janome's Service /Problem Department. Hope you are able to get back to using your programme soon.
