simplyrosie, it definitely isn't Veronika's style not to answer, I've found she is very good and prompt with her replies. I think there must be a breakdown somewhere, so do as jrob suggests and hopefully you'll have your answer soon. Hugs and a flower sweetie.

I'm sorry, I don't understand, I haven't heard anyone say they had a problem. Post the question or request here and I will forward it to her and tell her that you are having a problem getting answered.;)

Okey dokey

Hopefully she will respond. I had gotten pretty much a generic response when I had contacted them about the bookmarks and multiple listings. I did discover that the tags did help a little. But way too many pages to go through. Jrob always seems to get a good response.
