I had problems with 2 spools of new thread I just got from Thread Art. E-mailed them this morning. 45 mins later came reply. They appologized for inconvenience and are sending 2 more spools :)

Now that is nice. I complained to Sulky about the snap spools always breaking. Did not get any thread, but I complailned about the storage box for the thread, and got a new one of those. But, that was nice I thought. How are you liking the thread? I have not used their thread.

I used them also, and they were terrific to deal with. Get my pre-wound bobbins from 'the personal touch' and they work great also.

Thank you, I may check them out yet. I only have 7 bobbins for my emb mach and not that I'm at it lots, boy do I need more. I have about 5 doz for my reg mach. *4U
