It is a bit different now, than the last time I was there. I also had some initial trouble.
What you need to do is click on the design you want.
A new screen will display.
Then, click on Subscription Club.
You will get your choice of format.
Pick one and your download should begin.

I have a subscription also. I just went to the site and logged in, went to the catalog, chose a design and downloaded it. If you are getting designs from the subscription club tab there will be no history as the history is only for purchased designs. After you are logged in click on Your Account and then Subscriptions. That should tell you the dates of your subscription to make sure that it is still active. Let us know if you still have problems.
thanks so much...i checked my subscription and it says it expires 7/7/11...I used to get a message when I logged in stating that..but that message is no longer there....but the subscription info does show through the 7th???
And I don't see the "subscription club" tab at all on the site....any clues? How do I contact them? When I go to support and enter my email address, it says it is not valid but I am logged in with it...
Make sure you're logged in or it won't recognize you. If that still doesn't work you may have to email them and let them know. If you happened to have paid with PayPal you can look back into your history and see when you paid them and send that info to Amazing. Hope this helps.
