I had the tension adjusted a bit on the loose side. Increasing it seemed to do the job and also made the stitches look better. Thank-you for your help.

Did you get the problem solved? I hope so, there is not too much more frustrating than having to color allllllll those tiny threads.....Sorry, don't mean to make light of your problem, but now you know one of my solutions when NOTHING else works!;)

I increased the tension, and it seemed to alleviate my problem. I also had been coloring my bobbin thread "pullthroughs"with permanent markers. It is nice to know that the pros do the same thing, when necessary. Thank-you so much for your help!
