This photo made me physically ill. Thank you for taking the time to dismiss any such nonsense and stopping it's propagation.
ttt I'm hopeing the sender of this see the reply!
I hope she does, too, but I would not hesitate to send her a copy of your reply in her inbox. After all, she sent this piece of garbage to you. It is not unkind to educate someone as to the facts of a story, and an untruth they have mistakenly propagated. We all need to be responsible for what we forward. Hugs, Marji
Dolly, thank you so much for commenting on this ignorant email. It amazes me that with all the photo-doctoring programs out there, and all the just plain strange people, that anyone would believe anything at all they see on the internet! Unless I get information from someone I know and trust, or from a confirmed source, I don't tend to believe it. I think my computer has a path worn to snopes to check facts. And my e-mail program is set up to automatically delete anything with "forward" in the subject line, so I don't even see a lot of this garbage. This particular one looks like Muslim-bashing to me, and it's pretty disgusting. How we seem to love to frighten ourselves with these nonsense e-mails, isn't the real world bad enough? Thanks again for speaking up, and advocating checking facts before you hit "forward". Hugs, Marji
I find these kinds of scams also. It is unscrupulous that people have to use children so that they can make profits.
The original email is that an 8 year old boy is punished in the name of Islam.
After living 50 years in Saudi Arabia and raising a family in the Islamic religion I can honistly say that the religion is very fare and has no law that is as inhumain as this story!!!
