Looking at all the projects to find some ideas and this is a winner...ding, ding...lol, I love them! Thanks for the binding tip too!
Beautifully done and perfect colour match. Your piping is just so neatly done!
LOVE it in the purple and your binding is great!! Thought the green ones came out well but this is gorgeous!!
Very nice, love the colors and thank you for the corner tip.
Looks great - just like the rest of the set! And thanks so much for the binding tip! *4U
Hi Bowlds,
That is great - I reckon you should put that clue to Embroidery Library, I'm sure lots of people would love it.
Love and blessings Chris
A lovely potholder! Thanks for the tip about the fusible stuff, so much better than using lots of pins! I had a look at the designs, they are gorgeous, but alas very expensive even with the 50% off coupon I got for my birthday.
LOL, I too thought I might use my birthday coupon, but yikes, still a little too pricey for me! Happy Birthday, btw!
I did not buy the whole set. I am just buying the designs as they come in a good deal. I didn't want the towel holder or the words. I didn't want to pay that price either!
Love your potholder and thanks for sharing how you did the binding.
Very nice work - thanks for sharing all the info on this set - it is really nice.
You're welcome. Thank you for all your nice comments....you are always so good about that. You must be very nice!
This is fantastic work, looks beautiful! Thanks for showing!
EXCELLENT WOWWWWWWWW YOUR CORNERS ARE GREAT!!!
Thanks. I have a system for those, glad you noticed! I use a plastic lid to draw the rounded corner, leaving one top one square for the loop. No mitering for me! Sew the down the binding. Then, lately, I have cut a very thin strip of fusible lite heat and bond and iron it on the seam allowance of the back side, fold over the top side, press it in place to secure and then top stitch from the front. Works very well.
