I have a question. When using Insul-bright is there any special order you should follow to prevent hot areas?

Not sure of your question.... Insul-bright has a two sides - and you put the side that has the "insul" (shiny) towards where you want it to work (like where the heat would be in a hot dish or like where the cold would be for a cold dish (or water bottle))?

I know I saw a tutioral where I think it said fabric then interfacing and then insul-bright and then the bottom fabric. But I wasn't for sure if this is the correct order for a pot holder.
