5. Restarting your Memory Craft 11000 SE
After updating is complete, turn the power switch OFF.
Wait for 5 seconds and turn it ON again.
Check the LCD screen to see whether the Version Number in the opening window has changed.
If the license key verification prompt appears when turning the power on, your machine is
not subject to this update. You need to reinstall the version 1.31 system program onto your
machine.
The version 1.31 system program is available from the download page of the Janome web
site at http://www.janome.co.jp/e1.htm. Download the Memory Craft 11000 system
program version 1.31 onto the media and reinstall version 1.31 onto your machine.

Hi Fati .. welcome :) I dont have a Janome but I went looking for some information for you. When you downloaded the upgrade to your computer it should have created a folder called Memory Craft 11000 update. Inside that folder is a file with .chm at the end, this is the instructions to install the update, and may be where they give the 12 digit license key you need.

I got this information here at the first link, if you want to read it too.

If you got your update on a CD, the 12 digit number should be on the box.

Did your machine come with a manuel? It may be a registration number or code included in your manuel. Pennifold also had a good idea. Many companies have translators who can handle a call from various areas of the world. If you let them know you need to speak to someone who understands Portuguese they should be able to help. I lived in the Azores as a toddler, and although Portuguese was one of the first languages I learned to speak, along with English, I have lost most of it except for a very few words. But you did well in relating you question in English. Welcome, aboard!

Hello and welcome Fati, I'm assuming the number you were asked might be a registration number for the sewing machine. I also don't have a Janome but there are lots of others on this site that do have and I am sure they will help you straighten it out.

As 'ASTERIX' has suggested use Google translate and there will be someone who can help you much better.
