It is worth traveling to get our machines fixed correctly and in a timely fashion. I am travling 90 miles 1 way and it is worth every mile.

I have a 2 plus hour journey to get my machines sorted BUT I know that they are 5*. I spoke with someone awhile ago who had bought a embroidery machine from a shop closer to where we live and the poor woman was clueless as to how to use it. I expect you will be too busy to join us for a bit when you have your machine back as you wil be sewing...

Sorry your baby has been sick but good to know you've found a good doctor for it. Going the extra distance to get good service is well worth it.
Hugs Karen
