You have received the safest answer from sciencewidow.

I have searched high and low for "legal" star wars designs and I haven't found any.

Yes, I could digitise the for myself but I won't risk being sued by Lucasfilm, LTD for theft of licensed artwork.

It just is not worth the risk, if you get caught.
