I am also a Mac user. Whenever I have these problems they are usually because Mac doesn't have a right click on the mouse or on the trackpad. The work around on that is to hold down Control as you click. Hope that helps! Jan
This happens to me all the time on my Mac, go back to the download sign and right click and a window comes up, click on "download linked file" and you'll get the file no problems and no needing to change browsers. Until I discovered the right click I was missing out on all of freebielover and embroidery friends goodies!
Good Luck!
If the problem persist, you need to put in a support ticket. The link is on their home page. give them all the info that you can and someone will get back to you.
Sometimes this happens when they are doing maintainence to a site, don't worry it will probably up and running for you soon.
I have a mac and quiate a lot of sites do that to me I just stay away from those sites
Do you have the problem with every program? My mac does this just with safari and on some bad days for a few hours also with firefox (but very rarely).
Greetings, Bettina
I have found that lately strange things are happening specially since I upgraded to Explorer 9. Anytime something doesn't work I switch to Firefox's Mozilla. Couldn't download a order I just recently placed until I switched. My banking was not working either with Explorer. Food for thought.
Did you see something like that on the pic? That always happen when I try to dl designs from freebielover.com or one of the other freebiepages with Safari. Try another program and it should work (I use google chrome and firefox and both made no trouble :o).
Greetings, Bettina
PS: Do you have an iMac?
Yes I use a Mac, I tried whith Firefox and Safari but nothing...It happens every day since last week...now I'll wait for the next upgrade...thanks
Try turning off your computer for a few minutes turn on and go there again. I had no trouble today.
