These were my grandmother's stools. I know they are atleast 5o years old. I painted, embroidered, and recovered them. My grandchildren call me Honey. Hope you like them.

They are so,so nice!! They do bring back memories. I loved sitting in the kitchen on my grandmother's kitchen stools and helping her cook. Wow,those were some of the best times! Thanks for sharing.

It's amazing what a little paint and new vinyl and some padding will do. Wish it was that easy for myself to look newer. lol(Maybe a little paint and take away some padding. HeHeHe)

I wondered if you could embroider on vinyl. These look great and gives me ideas for my chairs. Thanks

This was my first try at vinyl. It was easy but I think you need to look for a design that is not too dense. Thanks for looking!

These bring back memories we had a black one. I know I sat on it many times when had company so that company could have a regular chair at the table.

My brother and I sat there for Sunday lunch at Mammaw's. I also have fond memories of sitting with my grandfather and eating vanilla wafers on these stools.

Oh...that's funny when I was a little girl my brother and I both called my mom "Honey" (her name was Louise) people thought it was her name and we were odd, with her children calling her by her given name. In reality my dad called my mother Honey and my brother picked it up and then I also picked it up from him...LOL Thanks for the memories.
