auntbaba, I was without a machine for almost a year and a half - during that time - I did alot of organization of my files and planned alot of projects, it will take me several years to make up for that - but I am so happy now - that I had the time to get things in order and I did alot of purchasing of designs that I wasn't even sure that I would ever get to stitch - but some of you are looking at a few of them - with each day that goes by now - so all in all - you will get through this time - I promise. But I feel awful for you, too while you are going through it. *4U

Ohhhh auntbaba, I'm crying huge tears for you sweetie, what you need is some strong coffee and half a dozen packets of TIM-TAMs, I'm afraid nothing else will get you through this dreadful ordeal, haha!!! Hope you can get that new bobbin case soon, hugs and a flower for you sweetie.

Girls, let's comfort our friend... we all know what it's like to be without our machines... YIKES! I'd willingly give up my car and TV before my machine...however, chocolate will always take 1st place.

I can truly sympathize with you. My threads are continually breaking... I wonder if it is because my plate has a nick in it and needs to be replaced? I just took it all apart angain and cleaned it. Think after hearing this, I might purchase a bobbin case for that "just in ""CASE"" day..punny. *'s 4 U to help you feel better. ><>

Oh aunt baba I know how to sympathize with U. I've been through the same thing. I was having withdrawal symptoms when this happened to me. Almost even bought another machine. Now I have 3 bobbin cases. Won't let that happen to me again. *4U
