I found a fantastic trout, with a fishing line hooked in it mouth jumping, I want to but the trout on the pocket and the bulrushes coming out of the pocket, and have a fisherman on the other side of the denim shirt with the fishing line trailing to the other side, have the pic in my mind not sure if you can see it with my description, I only need to find the bulrushes, my machine doesn't edit so it can't have anything else with them...

Loosie, I can just picture this shirt, it's wonderful! You might search under "cattails" as well, that's mostly what they're called in the USA, as far as I know. Good luck finding some, and then you'll have to post the shirt in Projects!! Hugs, Marji

Here are some to look at. Use your imagination and think about choosing different colors than what are seen. You can also just send a portion of the design to be stitched.

what type of bulrush are you looking for? I didn't find any for emb., but I found one nice picture that maybe someone can come up with something for you.
Good luck!

I don't really want to bother anyone, I think pennifold found some and inexpensive too!

I haven't seen any stand alone. I did see some once with baby Moses in his basket, and will try and see if I can find it again.

I did not even know what that was. Had to look it up. Is it a waterplant? I could not find any for machine embroidery. Sorry.

Ok, I have seen them but we always called them cat tails.

Both terms are used here too, I never thought of looking up cattails until now. Thanks!
