A friend of mine has one and gone into business with it,and now gone onto a brother 4 headed embroiderty machine as she is so successful. She is in the UK, and has had no problem with service, may depend on your country. I would like one myself, but would have to charge and I tend to give my items away that I make or embroider. I have Brother innovis4000 and I love it.

francoise, I have a friend that owns one - she doesn't take it anywhere - of coarse and the time that she needs for servicing is a problem for her - it takes three people to move it - if you don't need to be mobile with it - I would say that the great stitching that it creates would out weigh the difficulities for the servicing of the machine. *4U
