Hi, Exp is a Melco stitch, You can change formats using Wilcom Trusizer. There you Open the file by selecting the Exp type in the drop down box, then Save As and select the format you need. close the program. Here is the link. http://www.wilcom.com.au/PRODUCTS... Have Fun

EXP is an embroidery design format for Melco machines, you might try reformatting to pes or whichever format you need.
