Unfortunately, after waiting several weeks for an update now the system tries to charge me even tho I'm paid until October. Tickets go unanswered - I don't want to mean speak about anyone - I just want help please

Diane, the website changed recently, and I think there must still be "bugs" in the system. Just in case you aren't doing it this way, I've included a link to a tutorial I wrote complete with pictures for how to download from Amazine with a membership.

I know what you mean about the help tickets over there, they seem to be getting shot into never-never land. My suggestion would be to contact them through the "contact us" here at Cute, make sure you put Amazing Embroidery in the subject line, and please please don't hesitate to explain the problem, the whole problem, and how many times you tried to contact them thru help at Amazing. It's not complaining or mean speaking, they need to know about these bugs, or they'll never get fixed. And you deserve to get what you paid for. Best of luck, let us know how it goes, ok? Thank you - I have used had these subscriptions for years, but this was the first time it threw me. Your tute was the key - thank you!

Make sure you do not add your choice to the cart but click on the "subscription club button". Hope that is the problem. Let us knoe if that solves the issue.
